The AOBOTE Continuous Belt Heat Pump Dryer is a fully continuous drying line built around a multi-layer stainless steel mesh belt inside a semi-enclosed drying chamber. Material is fed in at one end and discharged dried at the other — no batch loading, no waiting between cycles. How It Works
An indirect heat-pump air handler heats recirculated air to a set temperature while the multi-layer mesh belt carries the material slowly through the chamber. Air passes through each layer, picking up moisture, and a dehumidification loop removes that moisture continuously. Temperature and humidity are managed automatically, so the drying curve stays repeatable from the first hour to the thousandth.
